Craftline Solutions – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between Craftline Solutions and the Client for the supply and installation of services. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Agreement

1.1. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and deposit payment.
1.2. Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be communicated in writing and may result in additional costs.
1.3. Craftline Solutions reserves the right to decline or cancel any job at its discretion, with a full refund of any deposits paid in such cases.

2. Quotes & Payments

2.1. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
2.2. A deposit of 50% is required upon booking to secure your project start date.
2.3. Final payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4. Late payments may incur an additional late fee until the balance is settled.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1. Clients must provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice to reschedule a booking.
3.2. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
3.3. If Craftline Solutions needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a new agreed start date.

4. Project Timelines & Delays

4.1. Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, material availability, unforeseen site issues).
4.2. Craftline Solutions is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, access restrictions, or client changes to the agreed scope of work.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. The client must ensure the work area is clear and accessible on the scheduled start date.
5.2. Any required permissions (e.g., planning consent, landlord approval) must be obtained by the client before work begins.
5.3. The client must inform Craftline Solutions of any known hazards, structural issues, or potential obstructions before work commences.

6. Materials & Workmanship

6.1. All materials supplied by Craftline Solutions remain our property until full payment has been received.
6.2. We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months covering defects resulting from faulty installation but excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or external damage.
6.3. Any manufacturer warranties on materials or products used will be passed on to the client where applicable.

7. Liability & Insurance

7.1. Craftline Solutions carries public liability insurance to cover any damage caused directly by our work.
7.2. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, accidental damage unrelated to our work, or damages resulting from third-party contractors.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any concerns should be raised in writing within 24 hours of completion, and we will make every effort to resolve them fairly.
8.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to an independent mediation service before taking legal action.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

9.1. Client information will be stored securely and used only for business and communication purposes.
9.2. We will not share your personal details with third parties without consent unless legally required.

10. Photography & Marketing

10.1. Craftline Solutions may take photographs of completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
